Terms

Plain words. No asterisks.

These terms are the agreement between you and Codeora Ltd ("we", "us"), the maker of Receiply, covering your use of the Receiply app and website. By downloading or using Receiply, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

01 — The service

Receiply is a personal expense tracker that reads receipts using AI. It's a tool — it can be wrong, especially on unusual receipts or in low-light photos. Always verify amounts that matter, particularly anything you submit for reimbursement or tax.

02 — Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) and able to form a binding agreement to use Receiply.

03 — Your account & data

Your transactions belong to you. Signing in for cloud sync is optional. We never sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train third-party AI models, and you can export or permanently delete it at any time. See Privacy for the details.

04 — Subscriptions & payments

Receiply has a free tier plus an optional Receiply Pro subscription (monthly or yearly, sometimes with a free trial) and a one-time Lifetime purchase. All purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play — we never see your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period; manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

05 — Not financial or tax advice

Receiply helps you record and understand your spending. It is not accounting, tax, or financial advice and is not a substitute for a professional. You are responsible for the accuracy of anything you rely on for taxes or reimbursement.

06 — Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no scraping, abuse, attempts to break or overload our backend, rate-limit dodging, or using Receiply for anything illegal. We may suspend or revoke access for accounts that do.

07 — Intellectual property

Receiply — its name, design, and software — is owned by Codeora Ltd. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app. Your financial data remains yours.

08 — Disclaimers & liability

Receiply is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Software has bugs and AI makes mistakes; we don't guarantee the app will be error-free or always available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for financial decisions you make based on what the app shows you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

09 — Termination

You can stop using Receiply at any time and delete your account from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached. Data kept only on your device stays there until you remove it.

10 — Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; we'll revise the date below and, for material changes, give notice in the app or on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
